Bye Bye January! Hello February!

This month has been full of adventures!
On the 7th, Carter turned 5 and today, the 31st, Kaitlin turned 14. Carter had a birthday party at Bounce U. He got to invite lots of friends and bounce with them on all the fun obstacle things.

Kaitlin got a surprise party. A whole bunch of girls from school gathered at a house down the street and then walked down to our house. They had balloons and presents and Kaitlin was completely surprised!. Then they all got in my mom's car and went go cart racing, Lazar tagging, and went out for ice cream! Kaitlin also got her braces off and is so excited about her new smile! We also had a family birthday party today with Rueben's family and Angee's family.

Throughout this month I decided some big things in school. I decided to try out for honor orchestra in March, which will help my normal viola classes and it is a great opportunity! I am really excited and practice a whole bunch. I also tried out for honors classes for 7th grade next year. I hope I make it in! The last thing I did was started practicing for auditions for our 6th grade musical! It is "Suessical the Musical" and I am so excited to try out this March or February!

Mckay is still working at the Hay Barn and going to school. He got all A's this quarter! He is contemplating about doing tennis this season and has to work out his schedule with his job. He got asked to the girls choice prom by Bailey Wright, Bishop Wright's daughter. She asked him in the most creative way. She took 7 "ice cube" (the candy) boxes and put the letters to her name in them. Then she said " Don't give me the cold shoulder. Break the ice and go to morp with me." On a peice of paper and left it on our doorstep. We took a while to figure out the name but we got it! He answered her by tying balloons to her car and wrote "yes I will got to morp with you" on the balloons. Now all he has to do is learn how to dance!

Mackenzie continues to do cheer, ride horses, do gymnastics, and watch ICarly. She had a cheer competition on the 24th at the Phoenix Convention Center. We saw Jen Arnold from "The Little Couple"series for a doctors convention there and Kurt Warner who was there for the cheer competition also. His daughter was cheering. Mackenzie is becoming an excellent reader and continuing to learn how to ride her bike.

Dad is gardening in our back yard with his new products. The Square Foot Garden and the Square Foot Garden Mix. It is making gardening a whole lot easier.

Mom has got a new job as a hygienist at Dr. Wayne Lesueur's office. She is liking it but wishes her day were spread apart. She works Monday and Tuesday.

Sorry no pictures! I will try and get some in on the next post.

Pics

Here are some pics from Christmas and vacation to Grandparents houses.

Pictures from Christmas Morning.

Mckay's big present from Santa was a shot gun. He likes it a lot even though all he gets to do with it is sit and look at it. :) He also got, from Santa, clothes and boy stuff that I can't remember.

Kaitlin's favorite present from Santa was her purse and phone. We decided they could go as one present. She is now a texting queen (her new phone has a full screen), and uses her purse as a scripture bag. :-) She also got a movie,a CD, clothes and much more.
I got a new guitar as my big and favorite present from Santa. I also got clothes, a yo yo and a Michael Jackson CD, all from Santa.

Mackenzie got lots of things from Santa. She got a CD player with earphones,A baby alive that pees and poops, an ICarly piano, and much more. The pooping part of the doll was quite the surprise.

Carter got many toys. A remote control car, a shoot out game, a digital drum set and much much more.

Rocko didn't get a present from Santa, but he got bones and a food bowl mat from Carter.

Mom and Dad enjoyed watching us open presents and enjoyed opening presents from us.

Pics from vacation to Utah.

We had tons of fun in Utah and enjoyed seeing relatives and snow. On the 18th of December we went to my dad's side of the families Christmas Party. There we did many service projects and had fun with family also. We had a wonderful Christmas and we hope you did too.

Movies From 2009

In 2009 many great films came out here are a few I liked.

Twilight Saga: New Moon
I love this movie!
It is funny romantic and full of action all at the same time.
Oh, and don't forget the vampires and werewolves!

The Blind Side
I just sat in the theater and held back tears because it was so sad how Michael had to live.

One of the best movies I have ever seen.

Then we got my main chipmunks Alvin, Theadore, and Simon.
This movie is so funny and they are quite adorable chipmunks.

UP
This movie was sad in the beggining and funny the rest of the time. HA!

Hannah Montana the Movie

I didn't think I would, but I really liked it alot.

It was a very good movie.

G-Force
