Vacations

OnJune 28th me my dad Kaitlin and Mckay were at Grandma Sandra's house. It is 3 am and we are getting on the bus. We are with half of my dads side of the family. We are headed for the Winslow train station. For 30 hours we were on the train and finally we got to Chicago, Illinois. From there we rent 3 vans and are on our way to Springfield.

In Springfield we stayed one night and on our way to Nauvoostop and look at some Lincoln country. We learned about his presidency, his childhood, and his family. The once we got to Nauvoo we learned about old Nauvoo and new Nauvoo. We also saw 2 plays about old Nauvoo, one by the senior missionaries and one by the young missionaries. They were very good. We also met up with my great aunt Donna and had lunch with her.Any way we also went to Washington dc, Palmyra, Philadelphia, New Salem, and Carthage. We were on this trip for two weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We loved our trip! Thanks Grandpa and Grandma!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We went to a Phillie's game they won 26 to 2.We saw the Kirkland temple, the Sacred Grove, Museums and monuments. We had a lot of fun.

While the Big kids and dad went to all those places, mom and the little kids went to Utah and visited family members on my moms side. They also had lots of fun seeing cousins.
